We’re planning for an adults-focused celebration so that everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening. While we kindly encourage guests to make childcare arrangements if possible, we understand that may not always be feasible. If needed, children are welcome, and we’ll have a designated kids’ area with activities to help keep them entertained. Please note, however, that formal childcare will not be provided.
As for plus ones, most invitations include a guest. If you're unsure or would like to bring someone additional, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to confirm.
Please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If it’s good news—definitely the bride! If it’s something tricky… maybe start with the groom 😄

Yes—starting April 10, 2025, U.S. citizens will need a visa to enter Brazil, along with a valid passport. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date.
All the details on how to apply for your visa can be found in the Travel section. While visa approval typically takes around 5 business days, we strongly recommend applying early to avoid last-minute stress.

Check with your carrier about international roaming. You can also buy a local SIM card at the airport or malls if your phone is unlocked.
São Paulo is a vibrant and exciting city, but like any large metropolis, it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings. Most visits are trouble-free when taking common-sense precautions—such as avoiding poorly lit or isolated areas at night, keeping valuables secure, and using trusted transportation options.
São Paulo is usually 1 hour ahead of Eastern Time (ET) in October, depending on U.S. daylight saving time.
Pack for warm spring weather: breathable clothing, a light jacket for cooler evenings, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a travel adapter. Brazil uses Type N plugs (127V or 220V).
While tap water in São Paulo is treated and generally considered safe, it’s common for visitors and locals alike to prefer drinking bottled or filtered water to avoid any stomach discomfort. We recommend sticking to bottled water during your stay for peace of mind.
October in São Paulo marks the spring season, bringing pleasant and mild weather. Daytime temperatures typically range from 20°C to 28°C (68°F to 82°F). Evenings can be cooler, so it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater.
There’s also a chance of occasional rain showers—let’s pray it stays dry! 🙏🏼 But just in case, having an umbrella or raincoat handy could be useful.
Absolutely! We’ll kick off with a 2-hour cocktail party featuring a variety of finger foods and traditional Brazilian specialties. Dinner will be served buffet-style, complemented by an open bar, delicious desserts, and, of course, plenty of dancing to keep the celebration going all night long!
